Dr. Chris Efthimiou- DC, CIME
Dr. Efthimiou is a native of the Youngstown Warren area. He attended Youngstown State University in Youngstown Ohio and later Cleveland chiropractic college in Kansas City Missouri. Dr. Efthimiou received a bachelors of applied science and doctor of chiropractic degree from Cleveland chiropractic college where he graduated in 2001. He also holds several advanced certifications in motor vehicle accidents. work injuries, and spinal decompression, He is also a certified independent medical examiner. Additional certifications in manipulation under anesthesia for chronic neck, low back and extremity injuries. Dr Efthimiou is the only local chiropractic physician on staff at St. Vincent’s Charity Medical Center where he performs manipulation under anesthesia. Dr Efthimiou is an affiliate with St. Vincent’s charity medical Center and closely practices with their orthopedic and spine department.

David F. Perse, M.D., was named President of St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in April 2011 and CEO in February 2012. A board-certified general surgeon, he came to St. Vincent Charity from Lutheran Hospital, where he was on the medical staff for 25 years. He also served as President of Lutheran Hospital and as Regional Director of Wound Care for the Cleveland Clinic Regional Hospitals. In his role of President and CEO, Dr. Perse leads the operations and implementation of the strategic direction of St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, ensuring the continued quality, service excellence, financial strength and growth of the Medical Center. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and The Ohio State University School of Medicine. He was a resident at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. A native Clevelander, Dr. Perse, who continues his surgical practice at St. Vincent Charity, is a member of the Academy of Medicine, American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastroinstestinal Endoscopic Surgeons and the Cleveland Slovenian Business and Professional Association.

Mimi’s holistic approach to therapy sent her on two collegiate paths to integrate mind and body wellness. She has a Bachelor’ s Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University. She earned her license in Massage Therapy and has been performing bodywork for over 7 years; with the applied knowledge of trigger points she emphasizes neuromuscular therapy techniques to address postural distortions, biomechanical dysfunction, and nerve compression syndrome. Mimi continued her education at Kent State University and became licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant to utilize exercises to remediate orthopedic and musculoskeletal Injuries.

Nicole Meszaros LMT
Nicole attended Ohio College of Massotherapy, where she earned her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy and is licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. Nicole has been working in the field of Massotherapy since 2007 and has continued to increase her knowledge and abilities of massage therapy through continuing education. This includes Myofasical Release, Neuromuscular
trigger point therapy and fibromyalgia treatments, which allows her to focus on injury rehabilitation and prevention with compassion and
mindfulness. She is also certified in prenatal, postnatal and infant massage.
